Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in managing teams, preferably at an agency
  • Experience with navigating, servicing, and growing enterprise-level CRO engagements
  • Deep expertise in UX and landing pages
  • Experience with VWO, Hot Jar, Optimizely, Google Optimize, and other tools
  • Client facing responsibilities where you drive strategy in strategic moments and lead clients ambitiously to their goals at scale across the CRO deliverable
  • Provide leadership support in pitching new business
  • Understand changes to the marketplace and industry, adjusting client and company strategies accordingly
  • Support with department budgeting, including staffing and resource requirements like capacity planning
  • Successful candidates will have a lean-forward, performance-marketing mindset, a clear POV on what is needed to drive performance success and curiosity for what’s ahead in our industry

Job Description

In this role, you will act as the head of the newly formed CRO department. This will be the fourth business unit at Directive alongside SEO, Creative and Paid Media. You will be hiring and managing a team of CRO professionals as we cross-sell and onboard new clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience both managing and implementation with a unique outlook on how DTC companies can better drive conversions at every step of their product journey. If that is you, we have a few requirements.
